Piano Services & Pricing
First time customer rate - $230
Includes: tuning, touch up voicing, surface clean, full evaluation, pedal regulation and minor action repair and/or adjustment
Standard Repair Appointment - $130
Includes: replacement treble strings, voicing, item retrieval, action/hammer repairs, bass string replacement/repair and/or pre purchase evaluations. I do not offer appraisals.
Returning customer rate - $200
Includes: tuning, touch up voicing, surface clean, status update and minor repair/adjustment
Community Discount - $160
Piano, voice, or other active music teachers. School and Church Rate includes: touch up voicing, surface clean, pedal regulation, evaluation and minor repair/adjustment
Optional Service Upgrades
Full Voicing - $60
Voicing is a technic that use sewing needles to poke holes in parts of the hammers. This changes the density of the felt which in turn changes the overall tambre of sound. Ask me for me info if you have questions.
Deep Clean package - $400
Complete disassembly of piano action and keys to deep clean internally. Cory polish and external cleaning with full key cleaning. Please let me know in advance so I can budget time in my day for this. Tuning included.
In appointment repair - $60

The Dynamic Packages
Consistency Package - $550
This 4 hr package focuses on regulation of the action of your piano to create consistency for the piano's mechanical function. A tuning, voicing and a deep cleaning is included as well.
Timbre Package - $800
This 6 hr package focuses on your piano's tone and performance. This is ideal for an instrument that has not had any attention in 10+ years. Resurfacing and re-voicing the hammers to create a fresh tone can breathe new life into your instrument. A tuning, voicing, regulation and a deep clean also included.
Overhaul Package - $1500
This is a 1 to 2 week process package that focuses on repairs and refurbishing of your piano's action. Repairing the hammer pin rail is a common problem for many grands and will greatly improve performance. A great option for sluggish pianos. Tuning, hammer reshaping/voicing, regulations and deep cleaning included. Additional services may be advised based on the needs of the piano.
Ivory polishing, plastic keytop replacement and/or ebony recoating - $500 to $900
This service is available after an in-person evaluation. Discolored ivory CAN be sanded down, buffed and polished to have a fresh look to it. If the ivory is too far gone, it can be replaced with professional plastic keytops. The sharps can be sanded down and recoated for a fresh look as well.
I have recently discovered this guy who prints very cool patterns for keytops. This could be an option for the artistic type.

Piano Disc Installation - $6k to $8k
Must be evaluated first. For upright or grands. This is a state of the art service where a series of solenoids are inserted behind the hammers and hooked up to a computer hard drive. That hard drive is hooked up to your phone or ipad which will allow you total control of your piano to play any piece you’d like. Its like having a robot playing your piano.

Key weight off $600 to $1k
This is to achieve consistent down weight pressure. Adding or removing of lead weight inside the keys will allow balance player and making each key feel the same. Process would take 1-2 weeks.
